Online Purchases made will be carried out using a Secure Server only. Outstanding Solutions complies with the EU regulation that states you the customer have the right when making online purchases to cancel your contract with us within 7 days of the receipt, that you will be refunded your money and that you must return the goods or services contained in the receipt.
Refunds based on the money-back guarantee are dealt with directly from Outstanding Solutions and not any shop, franchise, other sales agent that may be selling Digital Grinds.
Refunds require that the software, proof of purchase and proof of not passing exams be produced.
The refund will include the cost of the software depending on where it was bought with discounts taken into account and promotional costs such as gift vouchers, postage and packaging costs and sales person discounts will be subtracted from the price paid.
The money back guarantee only applies if the student takes the Higher Level Maths paper for the Leaving Certificate exam and not at any other time unless otherwise agreed or stated.
